CV secrets in a minute

Your resume and cover letter make a huge difference in the hiring process. Just as we want to influence people in seconds with advertisements and direct them where we want them to go, this job is exactly the same. Most companies don't put much effort into finding talent. You need to show them the talent you have within you.
Key elements to consider in your resume
- Readable Resume
➤ A human will read your resume and need to find you among hundreds of others. Therefore, you should reach the other side with minimal effort. For example, instead of listing links to each project you've worked on, you could create a video showcasing your work (don't forget to add some fun background music).
➤ Your resume should be simple and clean. It shouldn't distract with too many colors or decorations, but adding some visual elements should prevent it from looking boring.
- Skills and Experience
➤ Summarize the skills you think will make you stand out the most in a few sentences. Don't forget to use visuals when describing your skills.
➤ Briefly describe the experience you have gained in your positions in a maximum of two sentences.
Example: Gameplay Programmer – Indie Studio → Multiplayer optimization, performance management.
- Github
You can mention one outstanding repository on your CV and say, “You can review my coding work through this repository.”
